Call for help: GODencounters

And the UW club is currently tabling for this great event in front of HUB with Steph and the Fergusons. We want to make this event HUGE, and we have a large lecture hall reserved in Kane and paid a lot for it. PR seems to be the big chunk right now and we need to reach out to as many people as possible. Thus we need help from you as well! If you are free or may be around from noon to 3pm ish this two weeks, please swing by our booth and help us tabling for a little bit. If unfortunately this conflicts with your busy schedule, you can help us equally by spreading out the words, tell your friends about the event. We know it is going to be ENORMOUS!

Parking at Central Plaza Parking Garage on the UW campus, accessible through Parking Gate 1, on the east side of 15th Ave NE at the intersection of 15th Ave NE & NE 41st St.
Also, there will be a winter party/social gathering following GODencounters in the HUB Games Area on campus. There will be bowling, pool. arcade games, and free pizza!

yes, today was our first day. and we will be doing it for 10 days (mon-fri) till 23rd. to be more accurate, we are tabling from 11:30am to 2:15pm approx. and its right outside of the HUB.
dont feel any pressure tho, if you are really busy hunting for a job or something :) but it would be nice to see you
