If winter comes, can spring be far behind?

Lisztomania!

One of my favorite bands Phoenix released their new album Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix several weeks ago. This French group is pure good. I lo♥e this song and the old school feeling to the video. The lyrics don't make so much sense, but that only makes me like this song even more. Thomas has an amazing voice, and I love his style/look (especially his unkempt hair). Well, what can you say? You gotta love Perisians. Yeah, Tommy, this one is for you.

Liszt and Mozart? Shoot, apparently the album doesn't contain any classical elements, but seriously, it's stilll goooood.

Bummer

I worked on furniture assembly for 3 days straight, and finally got it done yesterday. I was quite happy. However, last night at the park, I could feel that my body was starting a revolution against me, though the pain was bearable. Today I woke up and wasn't even able to walk. All my body parts hurt, and apparently my muscles got strained. So I wrapped myself in plasters and laid in bed for hours. This morning, I tried to clean up a little bit yet failed completely since I couldn't even lift up a box. This is absolutely no good because camp meeting starts this week, and school the next. Man, wish I was stronger.

Awww, yeah! Guess what? We are gonna have light rail trains in town :D Sound Transit is opening a link from downtwon Seattle to Tukwila in July/next month. And what's even better is that this link will extend directly to the Sea-Tac Int'l Airport by December. In the interim, though, a temporary bus shuttle will connect people from Tukwila to the airport. This will bring much convinience to travallers. And I figure, with my u-pass, I can ride for free. Oh, snap!

Lovely Sabbath + hiking season is here/near

Today I went on a hike with three other friends on Little Si after church. It'd been a year since I hiked. I probably wouldn't have gone if J-Chan wasn't "pushing" me that hard. It actually turned out to be a very good hike, way better than I expected. Because last year I struggled on the way up, and since I haven't been exercising as much as I would like to, I was afraid to go and thought I would be dead again. I'm glad I went, and felt really good about myself afterwards for being not so out of shape and even more capable than last year. So now I'm really pumped about the hikes that are yet to come this summer. And if I start taking advantage of the gym membership more, I might be able to do Mt Si again without taking breaks all the way up.

After the hike, we discovered this really cool chocolate shop called "Chocolate Factory" in North Bend Outlet, and had some delicious ice cream there. The weather was just perfect. I'm really happy about Seattle finally getting into the scene of summer. At night, we went to see the new Pixar movie "UP". I felt bad that J-Chan had to drive me around the whole day, and all the way from eastside to campus past midnight. The movie was sublime. I loved it a lot and was super impressed by Pixar's great work. It involved so many types of emotions. The story line was just amazing! I would totally like to see it again. And if you haven't seen it already, you should go.

This post is kind of pointless. But I guess I just can't hide my excitement for the warm weather and the end of the quarter.
