January 10, 2009 at 1:13 PM it's a joke. It's from The Onion, which is a satirical news network. It's making fun of Apple, pretty much. Also, it said that Steve Jobs just announced it at the convention, but he wasn't actually at the Apple convention this year.
I thought it was pretty funny. The whole "typing" with the wheel. Completely impossible!! :P
